Technicians who have completed the XMedius Certification courses and have a valid certification number.
What should I do if I did not receive my email?
If you did not receive an email from us, please first check your email SPAM folder to ensure that it was not misdelivered to this folder. If you are still having issues finding it, you can use the "Forgot my password" option to have your credentials resent to you. In this case, you would be required to enter your email address and then set up a new password for your Zendesk account.
What if I lose my password?
Simply use the "Forgot my password" option which can be found on the "Sign in" dropdown menu at the top header of the website.
What are your hours of support?
Our live support department is open from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on the following days:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Thanksgiving (4th Thursday in November plus the following Friday)
- Christmas (December 24th, 25th & 26th)
- New Year’s Eve (December 31st)
